Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using QuantumSMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

QuantumSMS provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are supplied by partner carriers and availability varies by country and service.

Numbers are single-use and expire 20 minutes after purchase if no code is received.

3. Payments and balance

The platform uses a prepaid balance system. Top-ups are processed via PIX (Mercado Pago) and converted to your wallet's USD balance. Top-ups are not refundable in cash; they can only be used within the platform.

4. Cancellations and refunds

A number can be cancelled after the first 2 minutes of purchase, provided no SMS has been received. In that case, the full amount is automatically returned to your wallet balance.

If a code was received, the purchase is considered complete and no refund applies.

5. Prohibited use

Using the platform for illegal activity, fraud, spam, harassment, or to circumvent bans imposed by other services is prohibited. Accounts involved in such practices will be suspended without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

QuantumSMS does not guarantee that a third-party service will accept the provided number. The platform's liability is limited to the amount paid for the number in question.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
