1. Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: name, email, password (hashed), number purchase history, wallet transactions, and SMS messages received on temporary numbers.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used for authentication, payment processing, SMS code delivery, fraud prevention, and support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Payments
PIX payments are processed by Mercado Pago. We do not store bank or card details — only the transaction identifier and its status.
4. SMS messages
Messages received on temporary numbers are associated with your account for display in the dashboard. They are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and can be removed upon request.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time through account settings or our contact channel, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, and session-based access control. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
